Someone appears to have attempted to delete or restrict access to the 1.3 Blocks folder (whether that was purposely done or accidental I can't say, however, all changes are logged so I can see who made the changes). This isn't an issue thankfully as anyone doing so simply causes the folder to be moved to my main GD folder without affecting the folder or the contents within. I have restored the folder, so it is fully accessible again.What happened to the 13 blocks in the google drive version?
